1854 kcal Fat: 65.26g | Prot: 76.89g | Carb: 244.62g.   Breakfast: Lowan Whole Foods Oats Rolled Wholegrain, Nature's Delight Low Carb Mix, Liddells Skim Milk, Sugar in the Raw Sugar in the Raw, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated). Lunch: Praise Deli Style Balsamic & Roasted Garlic, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat), Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Capsicum. Dinner: Corn on The Cob with Butter, Green Peas (Frozen), Pumpkin, McCain Beer Battered Steak Cut Fries, Chicken Satay. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Margherita Pizza. more...
