Happy with the weight lose, which happened despite yet again having a few beers on Friday and Saturday. It seems like I have to work twice as hard through the week to make up for those indiscretions. Running is becoming a lot easy too. I did three miles in just over 30 mins. 6 weeks ago I could n't run/walk 2 miles
All the fruit and vegetables I am eating are having a really positive effect on how I feel as well. I have a lot more energy.
