Last weigh in before was an estimate based on body image. This one is from actually weighing myself. Pleased that I didn't actually put on weight since the Summer, I was convinced I had put all my weight back on!!!!
Right now I am controlling my daily calories to around 1200. 1500 on a binge day or a bad emotional day - I can't control those. I am also exercising a bit more. I have been walking 6 miles home from work 4 days a week. On weekends I have off, I have a long slow walk about 10 miles. Pleased so far.
Have a reasonable target and a time limit: want to be 10 stone / the lower end of 10st to 10st7lbs by July.
