I don't know how accurate my scale is but it says I have lost 2 pounds so I am going to go with it:) I exercised 4 times last week and I need to do that at least this week as well. My diet is really starting this week as I go back to work and it is easier to control my eating:)
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
