extreme cardio work out initiated 2 days ago. will be following 6 days a week interval training with one day off for two weeks then we should see a difference!!!! Trying my darndest to break this plateau!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
