Okay, weighed in. Ouch. Vacation and takeout kicked my butt. The last few days, I have been much better, getting back on track, working out for at least 30 min a day, now to push on.

Yeah - the holidays were torture for me too. Lots of meals where I had little control over what was in front of me. Just had to stick with potion control and avoiding carb laden item like bread and desserts as much as possible. Not as progress as I would have like between Thanksgiving and now.
