Day 1 of Whole30...very excited to be embarking on this lifestyle for the next 30 days as a family. I spent this past weekend preparing for success, grocery shopping on Saturday and food prepping/organizing yesterday. Feeling positive about the road ahead!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Omg! Yaya someone else doing it too? I am on Day 8! So far i feel amazing. Some challenges over the weekend because I visited my parents. But the my best advise is to plan ahead!!!!! Always have a plan for your meals and you will be perfect
