Ugh...weight keeps ascending! Playing with the idea of doing the Atkin's Diet (like I did AGES ago), just to kick some serious weigh off toward my ultimate goal...

Currently feeling: Stressed about midterms...this is the longest week of the YEAR for me (so far)!
Overall throughout the day: Great! Work went by quickly, had a great physical therapy session, had a nice, inexpensive, and filling dinner with my sister at "Rib & Chop" after not eating much for breakfast (or anything for lunch), and Humanities / Religion class was decent with our mock celebratory Jewish dinner. Very nice day overall!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry yourself too much about an uptick in your weight. It could be several factors; water retention, stress, let it ride a few weeks and see what happens before you make too many changes.

Agreed! I tend to set a new low weight then rebound up for a while until I set the next low. Definitely don't obsess with the scale and it's daily changes- you'll just drive yourself nuts. One idea is to weigh in everday, but only record the lows.

Good points ladies! Thank you! I realized I'm sweating the small stuff when I started worrying about tenths of pounds, so I'm reconditioning myself to think about the big picture now. I will continue to record daily, even the unfortunate increases, because I enjoy seeing the graph overall, and having the documentation to look back and revel in the success I'm making to get my old highschool body back. =)
