Hi everyone! Be thankful, is my message of the day. Rushing to the aid of another today, whose family is in an emergency situation with two family member surgeries in back to back days. This one came right out of the blue. Enjoying the Talking Rain carbonated water my diet suggested, and the Stevia drops. Everyone just be thankful you can open your eyes to this world. We are truly blessed!

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: These are my diet's eat on a daily basis foods; Vegetables, Meats any types, if your not Vegan(beef, chicken, turkey, pork, wild game),Organs like liver, Fish, Eggs, Fruits in moderation (low glycemic index fruit)
268.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
