I've only small traces of ketosis this morning, I'm wondering if my hCG lost its potency and I should move soon into P3?!
BF = 21.9%
BMI = 21.0%
127.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
