I was really random over the last week. I worked out really hard some days, didn't workout at all other days. Some days I made great food choices, and others I ate like I didn't know when my next meal would be. Oddly, I lost weight. Who knows, it may be back tomorrow.
I'll give it a week or two to figure out if it was solid weight loss.
