Yesterday was my daughter's 9th birthday. There was cake and egg rolls, and a delicious BBQ chicken salad I wanted to try for awhile. It was such a blast! Amidst my eating there was also the bouncy house fun,lol. Got my exercise and my birthday food. Hehehe
120.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
