Felt sick agter water aerobics. Not enough energy. Had a sandwich, 2 beers, icecream when I came home.. Need to eat more protien and carbs. before hand. Also need more water.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
