so the weight is finally coming off. I am starting my 90 core/pilates class at my gym, In 2 weeks BJJ and 20 week training course for a half marathon.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.0 lb a week
