Weigh in Mondays!!! I'm very happy with my training, although i'm sure my personal trainer wants to kill me hehehe, I'm eating very healthy and every 3 hours, I went out partying on Friday and only had 2 beers, and another one on Saturday with a couple of friends, seems it's ok to have a beer every now and then. I tried wearing pants that I had not wear for a while because they didn't fit and now they do!! I'm very very very Happy :)
