Same weight as yesterday, I always have odd weight fluctuations when I eat tomatoes; they're definitely not my type of food when trying to lose weight. But at least today I've between small and moderate Ketosis
BF = 22.3%
BMI = 21.0%
127.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
