I seem to have hit a plateau. Not so good. But I guess it happens. My weight is stuck in place. My body appears to be shrinking, but the scale isn't moving. I just have to be patient.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 153.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I totally agree... your body is just adjusting to the weight loss, but if you keep up the work, you'll see it move again!

Your doing fantastic..its always harder to get the last few pounds off but your clothes are telling you that your still shrinking..to just look at the scale and give it the rasberry...have a great day..

Stay strong and be patient. It will come. I can't imagine how anxious you are to reach that final goal. Pulling for you!!! :)

You are just incredible....the incredible shrinking man........your body is still working with you.....getting smaller......even if it doesn't show on the scale.....
