I went up a pound, but know why, ttotm. @@ This weekend I made a workout plan for the rest of the month and I think it'll really work to kick things up a notch! This yoyoing isn't going to deter me from doing this!! I know once I break 240, it's going to start coming off good!! :) My clothes are fitting looser, but I want the scale to show something too!! Oh how I really dislike that metal monster!! lol.
