I went up a pound, but know why, ttotm. @@
This weekend I made a workout plan for the rest of the month and I think it'll really work to kick things up a notch! This yoyoing isn't going to deter me from doing this!! I know once I break 240, it's going to start coming off good!! :) My clothes are fitting looser, but I want the scale to show something too!! Oh how I really dislike that metal monster!! lol.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Hee-hee... love your description of scales... must admit I'm not particularly fond of them either when they don't show what we want them to! Just keep sticking at it and that yo-yoing will definitely be worth it. It's great though when your clothes start getting baggy... a much better indicator than any of those scales. Good luck with this week though... once totm has passed I'm sure that loss will show! ;o)

Love your motivation and the clothes are a great indication. It makes you feel good about yourself. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll get there.
