Where to start. Brain injury causing lack of motivation, diabetes 2, arthritis, ulcerative colitis and needing 2 knee replacements. Continuous pain. But need to loose weight to benefit my health. Guess the only way is onwards and upwards or should that be downwards with the weight lol
