I've small traces of ketosis this morning at +1.5, I had my detox bath yesterday, sometimes it helps!

BF = 22.5%
BMI = 21.3%
129.2 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
