I don't think I'll do the 20 lbs, but I'm ok with that.
Hope everyone is doing well.
My squat challenge is a bit of a bust.. I'll keep trying though. Man, it's tough on the legs! Good prep for Mountain Biking.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
