Not doing well right now. Depression, stress from work, on stress leave, and trying to regain a balance. I am up since I last logged in. Small steps to get going and going on from now.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
