I actually weighed 187.6. 3.6 pounds in one week is great. Did not suffer at all. The graph showing carbs vs fats vs protien is an eye opener.
184.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
