Cheers JockoT, and it was a birthday weekend away at the family, not really following the diet (it would be rude!) plus "a bit of a session" in the pub on Saturday night! Much like you, clothes are beginning to look too big and will be off shopping for a new belt very soon. p.s. Now dry January has passed, I hope to be joining you in a wee dram at the weekends
