well, i'm about to go walking. i'm going to walk for at least a half hour, and i might try to go for an hour. i'm going to be doing this every morning with maybe one rest day - i need to up my stamina, and i want to burn my fat faster.
i've also decided that i'm no longer going to weigh myself every day. it'll be difficult, but i think it'll be better overall. i'll probably start slow, weighing myself every other day, and then hopefully transitioning to a weekly thing. i think this will be harder for me to do than dieting itself, lol...
anyways, here we go.
