So, I weighted myself this morning,after just green tea. Before, the shower and it said 150.: 0
Now, I had some of Hubby noodles late last night. So!
I lbs., I think are off.
But, I said I would weight and post so I did.
Yesterday, did yardwork and wore myself out.
Swear I would have fell asleep at the kitchen table; if I didn't have to suppost myself in an erect postion.
So, I'll re-weight later in the week to see if it's accurate.
More yardwork to do.
The grass from last week is up. :)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
