Even though it appears I am up from my last weigh in, I still feel pretty good about it, because I actually went up much higher shortly after my last weigh-in, up to 177. So I am happy with 173 for today's weigh-in and I am slowly getting back into the swing of LCHF way of life. I expect my next weigh-in next Sunday to be below 172.
