Weighed in this morning--no weight loss. I did my second fast Wednesday and I did well with it. It was easier than the first one, as I knew more of what to expect. Once again, I was hungry in the first 6-8 hours, but after that I was no longer hungry. I made it 27 hours. So, darn. No weight off but I will continue on one day, one meal, one exercise at a time.
