I ate really badly yesterday haha. I feel a little guilty but I didn't feel sick after and I enjoyed it. but I will be being a bit more stringent to make up for it.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
