3 days in - 3lb off!! Why did I ever doubt it?!! I haven't had to count calories at all!! I haven't struggled to stay under 2000 calories. I'm not in the slightest bit hungry. And I'm not craving carbs in the slightest. I must be a bigger Carb Junkie than I realised. The more I eat the more I want. So a diet restricting them and then reintroducing them gradually makes so much sense for me.
The long-term health implications do concern me. But I have to weigh that up against the long-term health implications of being overweight and growing!
Next time I shall make the transition into Montagnac/GI more seamless - without the binging gap in between. That's where I went wrong this time.
