Back to actively tracking my keto diet after spending a few weeks getting adapted.

My brother and I are dieting together, and actually had good loss successes last year, but I was in a motorcycle wreck and needed to eat non-restricted to heal during recovery and after.

Now we're both back on track and today I begin eating at a deficit again.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
