i imagine that i'm about done losing water weight, which is ok. i just hope that i'll begin losing real weight very soon. i've been following the diet as best as i can, and today i just stocked up on a ton of meats and vegetables. as far as i can tell, none of them have over 2g carbs per serving, and most of them have 0 carbs period. i'm excited for this, i just hope that i can learn to cook... fast.
today i had to eat out, so i went to arbies and had a salad. i only ate about a third of it, eating only some lettuce, and most of the chicken, bacon, and cheese. i had ranch dressing too which might've helped if i'm assuming right. we'll see.
