Great start to a new month. I know it's only .4, but believe me I will take that reading. I have been doing really good with my food choices and serving sizes. It's just that I can't exercise more. The mind says yes but the back says NO! ugh! I suppose I need to go back to the Dr. and see if I can get the old back injection again. Anyway have a happy!
238.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
