First of February rolls around, and I did not hit my goal of being in the 120's by now. I am disappointed, but I am still losing at a good rate, so I do have that going for me, which is nice.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
