(Paleo based) Eating how I want, as much as I want, and drinking as much red wine as I like....and lost 10lb. I feel blessed.

No refined or man made carbs in over a week. No unnatural sugar as well. All from fruit or veg.

I'm having dreams where I'm eating a lot of donuts and cookies.

Yesterday there was about 15min where it felt like I was having a nervous breakdown. I wanted to get out of my skin. My hands were shaky. felt awful.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
