Not staying on point during the weekends is slowing things down. I've reduced calories this week but have also done less cardio. Fat loss is coming slower and slower. ugh.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
