Stressful few weeks!
5 weeks until the Alumni weekend, so I need to buckle down!
I've been eating okay (except for a couple recent bad, bad days), but I need to start exercising more. Burning those calories is the only way to keep the pounds coming off!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
