Today I've a very good +4 moderate Ketosis, my body is steadily burning fat on this diet.

BF = 25.2%
BMI = 22.2%
134.9 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
