Well, the excitement of the Holiday is over. Wheeewwww.
Only 362 shopping days till next year LOL
It was actually warm enough for me to go for a jog yesterday. Felt good to be out in the fresh air exercising. Gets old working out indoors in the winter. But of course the snow hit last night...so doesnt look like I will be doing much jogging outside today.
Weight is steady. Wearing for the first time today a pair of size 9 jeans....YES A SINGLE DIGIT SIZE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!!! What a biggie!!! Brought a tear to my eye. Ahhhh...the weird things in life that bring joy to a person that has struggled with weight issues her whole life!!! Many of my friends just don't understand...but Im sure many here do.
