Half of this was legitimate weight loss. For the first half of the week, I was drinking more water and lost a bit of water weight (about 2 pounds), the second half was becasue of a special diet change.
On thursday, I had oral surgery. Because of that, for Thursday and Friday I've had to stick to a low-calorie diet of soft, cold foods. It is because of this, I lost the last 3 pounds. Honestly, I'm not proud of the major loss, because it feels like a shortcut. I don't like shortcuts. The water weight loss I was proud of however. When I get back to solid food, I'd rather gain some of the weight back so my body can get back to normal again.
It would be nice to maintain this though, lol.
For next week, I just want to maintain. No goal for exercize, just recovery this week. So, staying around 150.
