Only a small loss, but I'll take it. I have come so far and I've learned that my body can't just continuously shed pounds, it needs time to adjust to changes I've made or new routines I'm trying. If I ever feel down about my little weight loss, or even lack there of, I just look at how far I've come and know that this isn't a sprint-- it's a marathon. Have a good one guys! :)
