OMG I AM FLOORED!! I feel like I've done nothing but eat for the past week, have barely gone to the gym, didn't log anything I ate on FS and YET I managed to LOSE a pound - THERE IS A GOD!!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
