I decided to weigh myself at the gym with my shoes off from now on instead of at home naked in the morning, so like I was 271 when I started Wednesday and now 268.5 I am thinking of maybe waiting two weeks so I can see what I lost in a total
268.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 128.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
