This is what happens when I completely abandon all restraint and have mountains of food before me. But now that aerobics class is back in session and there's only one pie left ... let's just say, I'm not quite home free, but I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I have to keep in mind that there is no reason to continue in this course. The weight I gained this week took me six weeks to lose. I'm just hoping that it's not on so snugly that it will take that long to get it off again.
