It is only a pound, but at least it is in the right direction! I will accept any loss and be grateful of the blessings that I have been given. At one point in life, I would have cringed at the term 'weight loss'. Now, I actually get excited about weigh in days, exercise, and new LCHF recipes!
243.5 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
