My weight went down! I honestly wasn't expecting to at all so that was a great surprise this morning. =) 158.. Yea that feels good.
I'm really shocked because I had to go off my diet last night at class. I ate a salami and cheese sandwich (it was either that or a hot dog) and some peanuts, and an oatmeal raisin cookie -

I haven't taken in hardly any carbs in over 2weeks straight..
No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, NOTHING.
So I was positive that eating that bread on the sandwich would make me gain..
and NOPE. I LOST! yay!!
I guess everyone was right when they said the cheat works when u do it every once in a while..
or when they keep telling me my body is in starvation mode and needing food.. lol either, or.

Well, today is my ACTUAL "Cheat" day. I'm going to take it easy though since I kinda had to start it early last night!
But I will DEFF be taking in REAL food today, not the Medifast junk.. And DEFF b taking in more than the 500cals I have been lately.. whatever I want, I'M EATING IT lol.
I'm expecting to see a gain tomorrow so I'm not worried about that.
I am continuing to workout.. Hopefully get two workouts in today.
& tomorrow get right back on the diet horse!

Excited for today to feel free and not restricted with eating! Especially that I will be out with friends celebrating!
This will actually be a good time instead of me trying not to give in to cravings!! =)
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
