I struggled this week...made a couple bad food choices. but I got back on track, made sure I exercised 4x this week. I lost 1 lb this week, and 8 lbs in 3 weeks...so yay me! tomorrow starts a new week for me, so today I will indulge a little, but not too much, because the lighter I become, the harder it is to lose just a pound. even if I lose 1 lb a week, in a year, that would be 52 lbs...so slow is better!!
