proud!!! Jan 4th weighed in at 138.....today 17.5 lbs thinner!!! Yeah for me!!! Finally on a good groove, easier to fight cravings, my first goal is within reach .....220!!! Baby Steps
220.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
