Day 6, bummed, had a gain 2.days in a row but yesterday was my fault without a doubt, had a diet choke, sausage mc muffin...I know better.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
