Managed to go the whole week without breaking my eating plan, not so hard when I have things to be working on. Not having a beer at the weekend at all really helped. The beer if a double-hitter for me. The calories in the beer itself, plus all the food that I eat with it. Running is alot easier now, but still along way away from the goal of an eight minute mile across three miles. This week's best time was 2 miles in 20 min 50.
